Guests run the hot tub from their phone. You get paid for every minute.
Each stay gets a private link. Guests turn on heat and bubbles, set a timer and see when it's ready. Every use is logged, and at check-out you get a usage report to bill through Airbnb.
Works with Jandy iAqualink today. No app for guests to install.
Set up once. Every stay runs itself.

Common questions
Is charging for the hot tub allowed on Airbnb?
Airbnb lets hosts collect some extra fees as long as they're disclosed in the listing before booking and paid through Airbnb. List the hourly hot tub fee in your listing. After check-out, send a payment request through Airbnb's Resolution Center and attach the usage report. Amenity Key doesn't charge guests or take payments outside Airbnb. Rules can change, so check Airbnb's current policy for your listing.
What equipment does it work with?
Jandy iAqualink today. Hayward OmniLogic and Balboa ControlMySpa are in beta, and Pentair is coming soon. Your tub needs to be connected to the manufacturer's app so Amenity Key can reach it.
Do guests need an app?
No. Guests open a link or scan a QR code in their phone's browser. There's nothing to install and no account to create.
What if the internet drops?
Amenity Key reaches the tub through your equipment's cloud service. If the tub goes offline, guests can't change it from their phone until it reconnects, and you get an alert. The tub's own panel and built-in safety controls keep working. When it's back online, timers and the check-out shut-off apply again.
Can guests make the water too hot?
No. You set the allowed range, and it can never go above 104°F (40°C).
What happens at check-out?
The guest link stops working, the tub turns off, your usual temperature is restored, and you get the usage report by email.
